Every device we sell is inspected and assigned one of four cosmetic grades. Here's exactly what each one means, and the standards that apply no matter which grade you choose.
Looks as good as new. No visible marks, light use only — the closest thing to unused.
Minimal signs of use. May have very light, barely visible marks that don't affect the screen.
Noticeable signs of use, such as light scratches or scuffs, but nothing that affects performance.
Well used, with visible scratches, scuffs, or marks. Fully functional and great value.
Cosmetic grade describes appearance only. Every listing shows its own battery health percentage independently, so a Fair-condition device can still have excellent battery health, and vice versa.
Every device includes a minimum 12-month warranty covering functional faults.Every device — regardless of cosmetic grade — passes the same functional testing checklist before listing. Any known fault is always disclosed on the device's own page, never hidden behind a lower grade.
